When I think of summers,the first picture that pops up to me,is of an afternoon breeze and eating mangoes,lots and lots of magoes. Need I say more,the obsession continues!!!This is a classic chiller that i whipped up with a fusion of mint.You can experiment with other combinations as well, but i recommend you try this,I’m sure you’ll fall in love with just the simplicity of it!

Punjabi Mango and Mint

Note: You can add chushed cookies if u need crunch in your smoothie.

  1. Add milk and yogurt in a bowl and set in the freezer for 45 mins.
  2. Check if the mixture is half-frozen after 45 mins.
  3. Put the milk yogurt mixture,chopped mangoes,mint,cardamom,and sugar in a blender and blend till smooth.
  4. Serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
