
Curd oats recipe
This is my twist on the traditional curd rice. Replacing oats with rice makes this dish super light and a great breakfast option.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- salt to taste
- 1.5 cups Greek Yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Rye
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 sprig curry leaves (kadi patta)
- 3 green chili slit
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- pinch Hing
Instructions
- Add hot water to the oats to cook it.
- Let it cool.
- Beat the curd with salt and all the vegetables and mix the oats.
- For the tadka, heat oil in a an and add rye, cumin. When they start popping add urad dal and saute.
- Add grated ginger, curry leaves, chilies ,onions and saute and add hing.
- Pour the tadka on the oats and curd mix. Garnish with fresh coriander.
Mix well and serve.
