Here’s some good news for food-lovers. The restaurant chain, Moti Mahal Delux Tandoori Trail, launched five variants of ready-to-eat North Indian Vegetarian dishes at a do that took place at India Habitat Centre

on Wednesday evening. The instant food range was launched by HT’s Advisory Editorial
Director, Vir
Sanghvi, along with former cricketer turned MP Mohammad Azharuddin and Monish Gujral, Managing Director, Moti Mahal Delux Trail.

Those who joined in despite the drizzle, included entrepreneur Promila Bahri and Director, Ministry of External Affairs, Dinesh Bhatia, who was accompanied by wife Seema.

First chef from India to be invited to Le cordon Bleu to demonstrate in Paris. Monish is credited with the trailblazing turn-around of Moti Mahal, from being a small but iconic presence in Delhi, to becoming a multi-national corporation that is well on its way to defining how the world eats Indian food. A traditionalist, Monish has remained true to the signature dishes that made Moti Mahal a legend, while reinventing the dining experience into one that is exciting and avant garde to suit modern sensibilities.
