    This pudding is a delight for coffee lovers. It's an old-fashioned recipe with delicious and rich flavors enveloped in a silken texture.

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. In a pan beat egg whites.
    2. In a separate pan add egg yolks, sugar, Tia Maria, baking powder, flour & mix well.
    3. Fold in egg whites.
    4. Pour the batter into a greased tin & bake it in a greased oven at 180 degrees for 35 mins.
    5. Heat milk & topping ingredients. Pour them over the cake and bake at 100 degrees for 10 mins.
    6. Sprinkle almond praline and refrigerate for an hour and serve chilled.
