Chocolate Walnut Cake Recipe

    Easy brownie recipe, perfect or Diwali, it's an egg-less version. Hope You'll like it.  



    1. Preheat oven to 180 deg. Grease round cake tin.
    2. Sift together flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and coffee powder and set aside.
    3. In a bowl beat together the curd butter and sugar till creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix.
    4. Add the flower mixture and mix well. Add little milk if the mixture is too thick.
    5. Add the walnuts and chocolate chips and mix well.
    6. Pour the mixture in a baking tin.
    7. Sprinkle the top with chopped walnuts,chocolate chips and sugar.
    8. place in the oven for 30-40 mins. Poke and check until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
    9. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
