    1. Add thee chicken keema into a large mixing bowl.
    2. Add all the spices except for the egg, corn flour and bread crumbs.
    3. Mix everything well and scoop them into mid sized balls
    4. In a bowl beat the egg and add bread crumbs on a plate. set aside
    5. Roll the balls on the corn flour and dip the into the egg wash and roll it on the bread crumbs.
    6. refrigerate in the freezer for 20 mins
    7. Deep fry them or pan fry a you wish. Serve them hot with a mint and yogurt dip.
