Not many Swedes know who he is but if you ask an Indian or a gifted gastronomic literate person, he is a celebrity
Mr. Monish owns and operates 120 restaurants in India, 120 restaurants!
What a guy, right? Pooh! How can he keep track of these, one might ask?!?

I was fast and I booked in February 2012 to visit him in India and make a guest appearance while showing off my then newly released book.
