Ingredients
- 50 gm Cottage cheese paneer
- 100 gm potatoes boiled, peeled
- 2-3 nos. Green Chillies finely chopped
- 100 gm Cheese grated
- 2 tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper coarsely ground
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Mix the corn, paneer, potatoes and cheese in a bowl.
- Add the green chillies and salt.
Mix well and make small balls of the mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and keep it on medium flame.
Roll the prepared balls in corn flour and add them to the hot oil one by one.
- Fry until golden brown and remove.
Place them on a tissue to drain excess oil and transfer to a serving dish.
