    This smoothie is power packed with the goodness of papaya, banana and yogurt. You can also add chia seeds and almonds to it.

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Soak the chia seeds in water for 15 mins.
    2. Add all the ingredients into a food processor except for the chia seeds and almonds. Blend them well.
    3. Pour little smoothie into into tall glasses then add chia seeds and layer with rest of the smoothie and top them with nuts. Serve chilled.
