This is one of my favourite puddings and my mom makes it better than any one else. This pudding has a close resemblance to Egyptian Umm Ali dessert, which is also interpreted as Ali’s mom. Hence, I think moms make this dessert the best.

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. Heat the oven at 250 degree centigrade
    2. Unwrap the puff pastry and bake for 10 minutes on a baking tray until the pastry sheets are golden brown, alternatively toast the bread
    3. Remove the pastry sheets from the oven Let the oven be switched on
    4. In a sauce pan heat condensed milk , vanilla, water on medium heat for about 5 minutes Add nuts into the mixture
    5. In a baking dish, line up the pastry sheets one by one and pour the milk mixture over it
    6. Top it with fresh cream and bake for about 15-20 minutes
    7. Serve hot
