    A treat for the winter months! This pudding recipe is very easy to make and super delicious.

    Ingredients

    Instructions

    1. In a bowl mix milk, vanilla essence, sugar, butter, egg and mix well
    2. Stir in blueberry preserve
    3. In a baking dish layer biscuits and pour the milk mixture on top.
    4. Bake for 30mins in a pre-heated oven at 170 degrees
    5. Serve hot with fresh ice cream
