Bikaner Shimla Mirch Recipe

- 1/2 cup Besan
- 1 tsp Degi Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Hing
- 2 cups Green capsicum sliced
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a pan heat oil and add besan. Saute the besan till the oil starts to separate from the besan and the besan becomes brown and aromatic.
- Add spices and capsicum and saute till it's cooked in besan.
- Serve hot.
