Gujral has carried forward the Moti Mahal legacy and his avant garde methods have evolved the chain to suit modern sensibilities with more than a hundred franchises in India and abroad.

A traditionalist, Monish has remained true to the signature dishes that made Moti Mahal a legend, while reinventing the dining experience into one that is exciting and avant garde to suit modern sensibilities.
