      1. Mixed fresh berries 1/2 cup
      2. Greek yogurt 1 cup
      3. Max protein energy bar (zero-sugar) 1/2 bar
      4. Stevia (sugar supplement) 1/2 tbsp
      5. In a cup, crumble the energy bar and add in half of the berries
      6. Mix sugar in the greek yoghurt and pour over the crumble
      7. Add in the remaining berries and serve chilled
