Benny- What to say about this great chef .He is also one of my very good friends .He has his own style of cooking .His recipes show case the ancient Roman cuisine

This time when I met him at the Paris cook book fair , he presented me his book .His second book infact  – agreat looking black colored book. On my flight back to India from Paris , I started reading it .Was quite impressed the way he has written the book  with each recipe dedicated to his friends  or family.

On returning , I tried few of his recipes and especialy the Tiramisu . I must say the recipes are eay to follow and  result even tastier….

First chef from India to be invited to Le cordon Bleu to demonstrate in Paris. Monish is credited with the trailblazing turn-around of Moti Mahal, from being a small but iconic presence in Delhi, to becoming a multi-national corporation that is well on its way to defining how the world eats Indian food. A traditionalist, Monish has remained true to the signature dishes that made Moti Mahal a legend, while reinventing the dining experience into one that is exciting and avant garde to suit modern sensibilities.
