  1. Heat oven to 220 C
  2. Combine almond meal, cinnamon and orange zest and coconut shavings.
  3. coat the bananas with honey and cover them up with the almond meal. Place these onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes until golden. Serve hot with vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce.
