Baked Yoghurt with Strawberry Glaze Recipe

- 500 ml Hung curd or greek curd
- 50 ml Milk
- 150 ml Condensed milk
- 10 Digestive biscuits
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 5 tbsp Strawberry preserve
Instructions
- In a pan, melt butter and add crushed and powdered biscuits. Mix well and flatten evenly in serving dish. Freeze for about 15 minutes
- In a bowl, mix the hung curd, condensed milk and milk. Mix till well blended. Pour the mixture gently on the biscuit mixture set on the serving dish
- Pre-heat the oven at 130 degree centigrade. Place the oven-proof serving dish with the yoghurt mixture and bake for about 30 minutes or till the yoghurt is set
- Refrigerate for half an hour
- Remove and gently spread the strawberry preserve on the set yoghurt
- Alternatively one can use other preserves like blackberry, blueberry etc. as per one's taste. Serve chilled.
