Baked Quinoa & Spinach Recipe

    1. For the white sauce: Heat milk till it's warm, add the cornflour and salt.
    2. Simmer till sauce thickens. Add seasoning and 75 gm cheese.
    3. Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic and onions. sauté till golden brown.
    4. Add spinach, white sauce and corn.
    5. Stir for 3mins and remove from heat.
    6. Crumble potatoes, add milk and mix well.
    7. Add a layer of quinoa in a glass baking dish.
    8. Add the spinach mix over the quinoa.
    9. Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs.
    10. Bake in the oven for 20 mins and serve.
