Almond Pancakes Recipe

    1. Blend the almonds into a smooth powder, add the yogurt and blend into a smooth paste.
    2. Add other ingredients and mix well into a dough.
    3. Heat a girdle pan
    4. Divide the mixture into 5 equal parts. With a rolling pin make equal pancakes. Cook till light brown on both sides.
    5. Serve hot with pickle or chutney.

      First chef from India to be invited to Le cordon Bleu to demonstrate in Paris.
