    This is a gorgeous dessert perfect for get-togethers, it's crisp, fresh, fruity  and scrumptious!

    Ingredients

    1. Pre-heat the oven at 300-degree Centigrade
    2. In a pan whisk egg whites along with cream of tartar. Beat till soft peaks are formed. Mix in corn starch and sugar one spoon at a time and blend on medium speed. Mix in vanilla essence
    3. Reduce the temperature of the oven to 100 degree Centigrade
    4. Pour the meringue in a spring foam pan of about 6-inch diameter and bake for about one hour. Cool the meringue until it’s cold
    5. Arrange fruit over the base of the meringue Top it with whipped cream You may also top up with chocolate chip or fresh chopped fruit
    6. Refrigerate for about an hour to set the cream before serving
